ISUZU GIGA Concrete Pump Truck (also called ISUZU GIGA Truck mounted concrete pump, ISUZU Cement pump truck with boom ) has 38m vertical reach with the height limit programmed to prevent boom contact with an obstruction or overhead hazard. The 38m concrete pump provides the users reliable pumping performance along with the highly wear resistant parts including delivery pipe, discharge port, transition bushing, concrete piston, wear plate, cutting ring and delivery cylinder that improve the pumping efficiency and reduce down time.
Core technology breakthroughs
• Power system: A 15.6L displacement engine is paired with a ZF 8-speed transmission, with a low-pressure pump delivery volume reaching 120m³/h. Even in high-pressure mode, it maintains a flow rate of 70m³/h, with a pressure peak of 11.8MPa.
• Structural innovation: The third-generation Huan Dun chassis adopts a "two longitudinal and ten transverse" layout, with torsional strength exceeding the industry average by 21.8%. Combined with a three-stage three-level stiffness spring, it balances stability in both empty and loaded conditions.
• Process standards: Key connection parts are made using riveting and welding techniques. The anti-crash coating thickness exceeds 500 micrometers.
