Camion pompe à béton ISUZU GIGA (aussi appeléPompe à béton montée sur camion ISUZU GIGA,Camion pompe à ciment ISUZU avec flèche) a une portée verticale de 38 m avec une limite de hauteur programmée pour empêcher le contact de la flèche avec un obstacle ou un danger aérien. La pompe à béton de 38 m offre aux utilisateurs des performances de pompage fiables ainsi que des pièces très résistantes à l'usure, notamment le tuyau de refoulement, l'orifice de refoulement, la bague de transition, le piston en béton, la plaque d'usure, la bague coupante et le cylindre de refoulement qui améliorent l'efficacité du pompage et réduisent les temps d'arrêt.
Percées technologiques de base
• Système d'alimentation : un moteur de cylindrée de 15,6 L est associé à une transmission ZF à 8 vitesses, avec un volume de refoulement de pompe basse pression atteignant 120 m³/h. Même en mode haute pression, il maintient un débit de 70 m³/h, avec un pic de pression de 11,8 MPa.
• Innovation structurelle : le châssis Huan Dun de troisième génération adopte une disposition « deux longitudinaux et dix transversaux », avec une résistance à la torsion dépassant la moyenne de l'industrie de 21,8 %. Combiné avec un ressort de rigidité à trois niveaux, il équilibre la stabilité dans des conditions vides et chargées.
• Process standards: Key connection parts are made using riveting and welding techniques. The anti-crash coating thickness exceeds 500 micrometers.
